At Syntel developed Mobile and Migration COE from scratch including identifying the trends, technologies and IP solutions. The program resulted into building a 20+Million USD program for the bank using the BRE Products.  Developed and implemented a cross-channel multi-platform native solution and IP for a large NA Insurance customer to transform their existing customer facing claims solution from desktop to a multi- channel solution. This was a 3+ Million USD program for the customer  Designed and developed multiple enterprise mobile applications for healthcare, automotive and financial customers. In Patni’s Manufacturing and Telecom Vertical played various roles namely Project / Program Management, Delivery management & Enterprise Architect. Established key processes and methodology in the organization and established the Java and UX Practice in Mahindra Consulting. Key Achievements  Led and managed from concept to implementation the vendor and Dealer Supply change Portal  Built the first Agri-Exchange that would connect the farmers and corporates  www.automartindia.com – The used cars portal that was developed and deployed within a Week’s time and received the CHIP Award in 1999 for the best Transaction site. I was Project manager & business analyst for the Project  www.steelmartindia.com – A steel exchange portal that was certified by “GARTNER” at “Business model level 3” & was rated highest for robustness & efficient process mapping.
