I am Angie Gélinas, I have spent my more than 20 years of non-profit experience producing theatre, developing arts spaces, advocating for and developing public policy, advising boards of all sizes and types, evaluating programs, guiding non-profit leaders (paid and unpaid) to articulate their dreams and then “make a plan” – (any kinda plan) and applying my energies to helping organizations and their people achieve their missions and increase their impact.
