  5. 5. R Case Study: Segmentation & Clustering We executed a segmentation schemes for our client to have more targeted communication with the payment delinquent customers. Techniques in statistical clustering and segmentation were employed to group ‘identical customers’ from a pool of customer population.   6. 6. R Case Study: Predictive Modeling Gmid Associates has developed predictive models and scorecards for many business functions across industries. Using R programming packages, we have developed Fraud Detection Scorecards, Cross-sell Models, Credit Risk Scorecards etc. Below is an Infographic on a Customer Churn Modeling exercise we undertook for one of the world’s leading Telcos.
