Who are your customers? On the outset, this is a simple question to answer - it\'s the people who buy your product or service. The question is more complicated - products are reviewed, evaluated, distributed, licensed, regulated, and approved before someone makes the decision purchase. Even then the final purchaser may not be your key sales point. In this short webinar, we look at some of the people involved in the sales process and try to show the importance of extending your definition of customer.
