  6. 6. Embedding CR “ Employees now expect their companies to have defined and effective CR strategy, and so it is a vital factor in recruitment and retention. In training, personal appraisal and other human resources responsibilities, a focus on CR is important. ” Human Resources
  7. 7. Embedding CR “ Reporting about CR activity, externally and internally, is a crucial element in embedding sustainability in a corporate culture. Moreover, it is very important that employees are kept aware of CR programmes and how they affect company activity. ” Communications

There must be a focus on CR strategy that makes processes more efficient and that partners with employees, empowering them to take on the CR agenda. ” Facilities, Logistics & Operations
  9. 9. Embedding CR Finance & Accounting “ As guardians of corporate data – and increasingly this includes financial and non-financial information – finance and accounting professionals can ensure that it is accurate and available. Developing ethical checks and balances is a central task. ”
  10. 10. Embedding CR Making CR a legal company objective? What’s effective? Creating pride in CR achievements? Engaging with suppliers, partners and the industry? 90% attention on measurement & reporting? Bottom-up initiatives?
