18. SEE-THINK-DO-CARE
Very useful tool for segmentation, targeting and position is also a framework called See-think-do-care. At
glance it says that you can divide your audience into couple of groups. Some of them only see your
product but they are not really interested. There is plenty of them. The others think about buying it but
they need some decent motivation or push to do it. And there is also group of people who already
purchased or are almost decided to buy –they do. And after all there is probably quite small group of
people who purchased multiple times –and you should really care of them because they might be your
main revenue stream!
