Peter is an expert in leadership, business improvement and healthcare. After years of education in Human Sciences, medical research and Dentistry, Peter joined the army, and on leaving the forces entered the NHS. Over the years he rose ‘up the ranks’ within Acute Hospitals Care, eventually taking on a leadership roles as Director of Contracting and Service Development then into Mental health Care as Director for the Mental Health and Learning Disability Services. During this time, Peter passed his MBA at University of Hertfordshire.
