Who are the clients of the library and the key people in the community? What services, programs and resources can your library show, tell and “sell” to clients?

How frequent do library clients access these services, programs and resources? How much time is spent in preparing for the dissemination of information on the library’s services, programs and resources? BUZZ groups

Edutainment as a marketing strategy is a COMMUNICATION process Feedback is valuable to keep the process going, a tool for assessment and evaluation.
