Sheenjoyed a very active social life, includingvolunteer work in the church.She was engaged to be married. Shedrove a car, lived at home with her motherand with her two young children.She helped her mother with all dailychores. She did not have any relevant pre-existing condition.
  3. 3. Present ConditionAfter her injury, this 20-year-old patientis not currently working but hasresumed her pre-injury householdactivities and her studies.She takes care of her childrenindependently, drives them to schoolevery day and continues to volunteer inthe church.

Present ConditionShe has kept up her social interactions andcannot say they are less than before theaccident, but she and her fiancée havebroken up.She can completely take care of herselfand can independently use transportation,shop and manage money.She suffers from occasional strains andheadaches triggered by noise, lightor chewing.
