To achieve a successful digital transformation the following requires attention.
(1) Clear communication in order to provide a clear purpose and good understanding of the digital transformation, benefits, risks and change needed.
(2) Arrange the specific management methods as an integrated and holistic program.
(3) Define the rule of the overall change objectives for each management discipline and company employee.
(4) Connect and set the digital transformation lifecycle with four clear phases: Envision, Engage, Transform and Optimise.
(5) Generate an assurance across all associated individuals and aid the agreement from each employee and stakeholder.
(6) Allocate roles and incorporate the digital transformation manager in the means of change.
