  2. 2. Oxygen Desktop (Win & Mac) The Oxygen desktop client appears as a native drive on your computer. You can interact with your Oxygen drive the same way you would your “C:” drive or “Hard Disk”. It is directly mapped to your storage and displays everything you have access to in a familiar file structure.©2013 Oxygen Cloud, Inc. All rights reserved
  3. 3. Saving Files to Oxygen You can easily: - Drag and drop files into it - Save files directly into it - Copy/paste files directly into it Once your file has been synced (stored) in your Oxygen drive you can easily access it from any of your devices.©2013 Oxygen Cloud, Inc. All rights reserved
  4. 4. Syncing Files to Oxygen Syncing files in Oxygen means downloading files down from your storage onto your device. Once a file is synced in Oxygen, you will be able to interact with it like any other file of its type. Two ways to sync files Double left-click a .cloud file → it will sync and open automatically Right-click a .cloud file → find Oxygen in the drop down → select “Sync”©2013 Oxygen Cloud, Inc. Aqua check badge Indicates that the file has been successfully synced with your desktop and storage. Pink cornered (.cloud files) .cloud files show you what files are in your storage but are not locally synced/stored. The pink arrows appear when a file is mid-sync.©2013 Oxygen Cloud, Inc. 6. 6. Selective Sync You dont need every file stored locally because you can access them anytime. Oxygen provides a unique “selective sync” capability that allows you to sync (store locally) files that you need to access or make edits to. This gives you the power of local performance and saves space on your devices. To Unsync Right-click → “Oxygen” → “Unsync”©2013 Oxygen Cloud, Inc. All rights reserved
  7. 7. Spaces Spaces are shared folders where you and your team can share files. Spaces have pink tabs and only appear in your Oxygen clients if you have access to them. You can have access to multiple spaces and your admin will decide your appropriate levels of permissions (read/write privileges) on a per space basis©2013 Oxygen Cloud, Inc. All rights reserved

  9. 9. Sharing a Single File To share a single file, use the “Share this file” feature. This can be useful when sharing a single file with somebody outside of your Oxygen network. You will be prompted to set an expiration date and password (optional). You can copy the link to the clipboard or open directly into an email.©2013 Oxygen Cloud, Inc. All rights reserved
