  27. 27. ‘Project Activity Pages’ are the building blocks of your Twinspace. It is where you create the structure that you will upload your work in to. It should closely reflect your project plan. To add a new page click Manage Pages.If there are 5main activitiesin your projecthave 5 ProjectActivity Pages.
  28. 28. Name your newpage and clickAdd.
  29. 29. It is important that all partners have agreed onhow you will structure the Twinspace so thateveryone knows what needs to go where andwhen. Create your Project Activity Pagesbefore you start sharing any work. Add all your Project Activity Pages and then and click Done.
  30. 30. Your Twinspace is now starting to take shape  You now need to attend to each of your Project Activity Pages. Click on the one that you wish to open.
  31. 31. Each of your Project Activity Pages begins lifeempty so you need to create a structure withinthem so that you can share your work. To do this you need to add ‘Applications’ which let you some very specific things. Click Actions and then Add Application.

  33. 33. Once you have decide what you want todo just add the relevant Application toyour Project Activity Page. E.g. a FileArchive.
  34. 34. You now have yourFile Archive in yourProject Activity Page.You’re now ready toadd some content  For File Archives you need to add some Folders so that you have somewhere to hold your documents. Just click Add Folder.
  35. 35. Create the number of folders that you wishto separate your work into. Maybe haveone folder for each school involved in theproject. Setting things up clearly at thebeginning of project will mean everyone isclear about where their work needs to go. Just name the folder and click Save.
  36. 36. A clear and logicalstructure is vital.Just follow yourplan and make theTwinspace reflectthe work you’redoing.

  40. 40. You are now asked to give your pupils First name and SurnameClick the little + to dothis in bulk. Then clickSubmit when you aredone.
  41. 41. You can then change yourpupil’s usernames andpasswords and decide onwhether they should be‘Members’ or‘Administrators’.
