Regarding to oracle article here, there are over 200 new features in weblogic 12c, some of this features
are:-

In this document I will show how to install oracle Weblogic 12c on oracle linux 6.4.
The Software you need:-
1. Weblogic 12c, Download Link here.
2. JDK/Jrockit here ( iam using JDK 7u5)

First step is upload weblogic and JDK to the server, to install weblogic 12c first you should install JDK
follow the below steps:-
JDK installed under path /usr/java/jdk…….. ( depend on the version ), note that you should use this path
to install weblogic not default one to check use :-
[oracle@OEL-TEST ~]$ /usr/java/jdk1.7.0_02/bin/java -version
java version "1.7.0_02"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_02-b13)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 22.0-b10, mixed mode)
I already modify oracle bash_profile :-
