E.g. Capitalism based on consumerism is an economic system that only consumes the environment and increases the gap between rich and poor. Slowly we have realized that more stuff does not make us happier…

In this era, sustainable development is setting the rules of new solutions which will lead us to a better future.</li></li></ul><li>Sustainability & innovation<br />We need new business models, technologies and systems which can promote well-being for the society and the planet at the same time.<br /><ul><li>But sustainable solutions are not possible without innovation and new tools to propose them. </li></ul>“We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”<br /><ul><li>Besides, in this time, where changes occur faster than ever, flexibility, adaptability and innovation are key characteristics of the new leading organizations. Sustainability & innovation<br />Only by learning to think and act differently can people and organizations start to imagine and realize new, innovative & sustainable solutions<br /><ul><li>How can you make that happen? People need to really want to pursue a different course (for themselves and their organization), should appreciate its new opportunities and enjoy the success of their efforts</li></ul>Personal change<br />People must be attracted by the new course and see organizational and personal benefits in pursuing it. <br />E.g.
