We offer three complementary value propositions: Head Hunting , Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO, lean RPO) and HR consulting . Our Head Hunting business line is mandated by a first-tier global financial services player. This company launched a major pan-European business project: transform the finance organisation to a shared services model with common process and common information system. To support this project, our client is looking for a: Finance Shared Services Center Transition support Manager. Role: The finance shared services center transition manager will design and implement transition to the SSC (Shared Service Center) for regions under his scope (initially France and Belgium): - propose the transition approach in line with the project assumptions and calendar, - implement the transition in connection with the finance information system roll-out, - coordinate different stakeholders of the projects : local business team, off-shore SSC teams, IS team, and external partners, - partner with the program manager, - ensure a strong governance of the program with solid progress monitoring, - support and facilitate the handover of local business processes to SSC.
  2. 2. 30/01/2015 2 Finance Shared Services Center Transition Support Manager Profile: - Consultant / project manager with at least 18 month hands-on experience of the transition of activities to a shred services center. Concrete experience of setting-up a shared service center as part of a local operation team, or as a consultant / central project manager. - Exposure to global, matrix organization with complex core solution (multi-dimension project / multiple stakeholders). - Pro-active, goal oriented candidate motivated by quality and meeting deadlines. - Fluent in French and English. - Knowledge of finance business processes and of ERP systems would be a plus. - Flexibility to travel.
