  3. 3. Portfolio Overview <ul><li>Portfolios contain projects, which contain files and/or links to websites </li></ul><ul><ul><li>You can use multiple file types in each project, including sound, video, photos and text files </li></ul></ul>
  4. 4. Create a project <ul><li>Once you’ve named your portfolio, you need to add a project. </li></ul>
  5. 5. Add files <ul><li>Add files to the project you just created. You can upload a file from your computer or link to a website. </li></ul>
  6. 6. What’s next <ul><li>After you’ve added your first file, you have a working portfolio. You can add more files if you need to. </li></ul>
  7. 7. Portfolio size <ul><li>Be aware that each portfolio can contain 200 megabytes of data. If you need more space, you can create more portfolios. </li></ul>

Other options <ul><li>Rename – change the name of your document </li></ul><ul><li>Delete – delete your portfolio </li></ul><ul><li>Review Center – submit your portfolio for review by a counselor </li></ul><ul><li>Save as Zip – Create a folder that contains all the files in your portfolio </li></ul><ul><li>To do – Create a to-do list for yourself </li></ul><ul><li>Switch Portfolios – open another portfolio in the builder </li></ul>
