Facilitate the exchange of Luxembourg legislation information between different stakeholders within the country and across Europe.

Why do I need to open up my data? Are HTML and PDF enough? No “real” open data For how long do I need to keep my data open? Problem in understanding technology

24. 24 13/3/201813/3/2018 LESSONS CONCRETE CASES: THE ESCO QUALIFICATION PILLAR Qualification Publish raw data and not HTML or PDFs – make data Reusable Add metadata – make data Comprehensive and Interoperable by a wider public Use contextually - intuitive links to optimize data browsing – make data Findable Data stored in stable locations and encoded in URIs – make data Accessible Use open licenses like CC 4.0 and implement license conflict mechanisms – make data Reusable Open Standards and Tech Stacks are now mature!  use them! Use LOD Quality Assurance Frameworks – They do exist! Follow the EIF and its tools (SATs, EIDAS, …) – implement Interoperability Roadmaps
