The e-Democracia site provides video, survey, and wiki tools, and allows the creation of topic focused social networks. </li></ul><ul><li>Participatory Budgeting </li></ul><ul><li> In La Plata, Argentina participatory budgeting started with 40 face-to-face deliberative meetings.
