Moreover, a long period of starvation will sooner or later lead you to a breakdown, and you will simply give up. So, there is no point in challenging your willpower. Frequent snacks during the day I recommend having 3 meals during a day: breakfast, dinner and supper. If you wake up very early in the morning, then you can have two breakfasts, but avoid multiple “snacks” during the day. Whenever you spoil appetite prior to the meal, you automatically start eating considerably less food, than you actually need for surviving until the next repast. Thus, you will either need to have another snack, or because of too lasting starvation, you will eat unjustifiably more food. Too much fruit and berries Some people believe, that they can eat as much fruit and berries as they want and not gain weight. This is a misconception. Especially in case you are following the system. The secret is very simple: fruit and berries contain fructose. It is no doubt healthier, than refined sugar, but it isn’t less caloric. In addition to this, like any fast carbohydrate, it causes glucose fluctuations in the blood, so that fruit snacks (as well as any other sweet snacks), cause terrific pangs of hunger. After 12 p.m. the systems allows consuming only certain kinds of fruit: apple, citrus plants, plum, kiwi, a few slices of water-melon, prune, pineapple, i.e. ones that contain much fiber and less sugar. All other fruit, as well as everything sweet, should be eaten until 12 p.m., in

A wrong combination of food for dinner For dinner, you can combine rice, buckwheat and vegetables with meat, chicken and fish. However, you shouldn’t eat meat, chicken or fish together with potatoes and pasta. These two trimmings are allowed to be used for dinner only in combination with vegetables or cheese. That’s right! If you are eating a vegetable soup made with water and containing potatoes, then you should definitely refrain from having a beef steak for the second course, even if you were going to supplement it with vegetables. A wrong combination of food for supper Meat, fish or chicken can be used for supper only as separate dishes! No combinations with them can be accepted for supper, otherwise you simply won’t be able to digest the consumed food before going to bed, and in the morning, standing on the scale, your dinner will greet you with a smile! Renouncing sweet, you will probably lose weight faster, but only on the starting stage. A fasting day is inevitably followed by a loading day. Thus, all your efforts will turn out to be pointless. Generally, a lot has been said about the harmful effect of express-diets. Not only do they exhaust your nervous system with the necessity to constantly maintain self-control and struggle with the feeling of hunger, but they also slow down metabolic processes. This is why I resolutely oppose such methods of weight loss.
