  4. 4. Credibility in the workplace is golden! It is one of the reflections of leadership! you cannot be a leader or sustain your leadership influence without credibility!
  5. 5. 1. Work with the sense of“accountability”; first to God and then to your employer.
  6. 6. 2. Work to beat the required “expectation” ofyour employer; gobeyond the mark!
  7. 7. 3. Work to competewith your potential;becoming your best in your profession or business or ministry!
  8. 8. 4. Work beyond “self-imposed”limitation such as: looking for whom to blame, giving excuses etc.
  9. 9. 5. Work forinfluence and not just for “financial rewards.”
  10. 10. 6. Work withyour dream in- view!
  11. 11. 7. Work withexcitement; in other words, learn to be happy with your profession orbusiness or ministry!
