Pilar II-Industrial Leadership-Access to risk finance (A2F) Advantages:  Provides loan finance to larger-scale demonstration projects and first-time industrial application (translation of R&D into innovation)  Support riskier but creditworthy RDI projects through risksharing between the EU, the European Investment Bank.  Demand-driven approach ("first comes, first served") is flexible and can respond to market demand.  Complement HORIZON 2020 grant financing and can combined with other public and private sources of funding including grants Budget: 2.842M€.
