No Elevators Day is all about incorporating physical activity
into your busy day. We want to get as many people involved
as possible, and by people we mean everybody, regardless of
their age, physical ability or fitness level.
For the simple reason that climbing the stairs is not possible
for everybody, we have also created alternative ways to be
active while still be able to use the elevator, so everyone can
be part of No Elevators Day!
