  1. 1. Transportation 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon
  2. 2. TEX Rail at Iron Horse & Smithfield 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon Two stops along this new 27 mile commuter rail line will take riders from Fort Worth to DFW Aiport beginning in 2018.
  3. 3. Rufe Snow Widening To better serve traffic demand along this popular route, Rufe Snow drive is expanding from 5 lanes to 7 lanes between Mid Cities and Hightower This project will also add sidewalks and improve traffic signals at key intersections.   4. 4. Davis Boulevard at Mid Cities Boulevard This intersection expansion will include dual left turn lanes, dedicated right turn lanes, and raised medians along David Boulevard Expected Start: 2016 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon
  5. 5. Davis Boulevard and Smithfield Road 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon This project will shift the intersection of Smithfield and Davis and connect Smithfield to Bridge Street. Sidewalks and street lights will also be added along Smithfield Road. Expected Start: 2016

  7. 7. City Point 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon This 57 acre planned development on the site of the previous North Hills Mall is zoned for retail, office, hospitality, and multi-family uses. Aptly named, City Point will also be home to NRH’s new municipal complex.
  8. 8. New Municipal Complex 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon The City’s new municipal complex will combine City Hall, Public Safety, and Municipal Court into one campus allowing us to more easily serve our residents and other customers. This new facility will open in March.
  9. 9. Coming Soon: Total Shooting Sports 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon Opening in 2016, Total Shooting Sports will have areas for sport, rifle, pistol, and “Simunition” shooting, as well as a store, a gunsmith, a café, event space.

Southwest ADI 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon Part of the Frank Kent Automotive Group, this General Motors accessories distributor moved their headquarters to NRH from Fort Worth and will create 50 jobs in our community. This facility will also be home to Frank Kent Auto Group’s employee training center.
  11. 11. Digital Alchemy 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon Digital Alchemy provides online customer relationship management services for hospitality-focused businesses around the world. They recently chose to relocate from Fort Worth to our Northstar Office Plaza on Airport Freeway as they expand to over 100 employees.
  12. 12. Huggins Honda 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon Huggins Honda continues their $20 million redevelopment project across their expanded 15 acre site. Their new 118,000 square foot facility is now open and ready to serve all of your automotive needs.

  14. 14. Take Picture Davis at North Tarrant 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon This formerly undeveloped corner saw the addition of a variety of new restaurants and retail businesses with more room for growth in the upcoming year.
  15. 15. Precinct Line Road at Mid Cities Boulevard 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon This area saw a new Shipley Do- Nuts store this year and will be the future home of a newly approved location for Andy’s Frozen Custard.
  16. 16. The Crossing on Boulevard 26 2015 Business Appreciation Luncheon This year, a new restaurant and swim school opened among the many popular restaurants and stores in The Crossing Shopping Center.
  17. 17. This year, new Chipotle, Dairy Queen, and Pet Sense stores opened along the Rufe Snow and NE Loop 820 corridor.
