PROJECT DETAILS
TITLE: “Design and Development of Hydro- Pneumatic bush press for DE114 Bush Press for Starter
motor” at BOSCH Nhp Plant
ABSTRACT
At Bosch NH Plant, initially for bush pressing Hydraulic machines were used. This was not economical
because oil was used for complete operation, this increased oil cost and consumption. Also it was consuming
more space and was away from assembly line. The present hydro- pneumatic machine consumes oil only
during power stroke and rest of the stroke is operated by air, this reduces oil consumption and cost. It is also
very compact in design which reduces space and can easily be accommodated in assembly line, this mainly
reduced cycle time and unnecessary transportation.
TITLE: “Layout Optimization and Improved material handling using conveyors” at
MK AGROTECH [Sunpure Industries ] Pvt.ltd
 Designed and optimized layouts for packing section.
 Designed and introduced conveyor system in the packing and storage section.
 Proposed Layout for palm oil machines and mezzanine floor.
