  7. 7. ninjacademy.it Da un problema molto comune… Bene, cosa scrivo oggi? Il blocco dello scrittore è uno dei principali problemi di molti creatori di contenuti testuali. Il ‘cosa scrivere’ è solo la punta dell’iceberg, che nasconde una miriade di altre problematiche: • Quali argomenti trattare? • Quale taglio dare al contenuto? • Quale format preferire? • Quale frequenza di pubblicazione è più efficace? • … 7
  8. 8. ninjacademy.it A una prima soluzione altrettanto diffusa Al fine di risolvere (o meglio, prevenire) il problema del blocco dello scrittore, in rete viene in aiuto il piano editoriale. Wow, ma cosa è un piano editoriale? Il piano editoriale (PED) è un documento – offline o (meglio!) online – indispensabile per programmare in anticipo i contenuti da pubblicare sul blog (ma non solo). 8
  9. 9. ninjacademy.it Tutto semplice, quindi. Assolutamente, no! Il piano editoriale è uno strumento indispensabile, ma che richiede ordine e disciplina da parte del creatore di contenuti. Mentre sarà semplice partire strutturando il piano, la sfida sta nel tenere duro nel tempo. Un vero paradosso, perché è proprio con il passare del tempo, della complessità e degli stakeholder coinvolti che il PED acquisisce un’importanza fondamentale. 9 A una prima soluzione altrettanto diffusa (almeno, sulla carta)

  13. 13. ninjacademy.it 2. Di cosa sto parlando? La coda lunga vale anche per il content marketing! Definisco una prima lista di temi da affrontare, clusterizzandoli per aree tematiche. Questi diventano ispirazione per entrare più in profondità su specifici argomenti. Per esempio, con il mind mapping. 13 Quale è il mio metodo?
  14. 14. ninjacademy.it 14 Altri dettagli di cui tengo conto FREQUENZA Cerco di equilibrare richieste del cliente ed effort necessario. Il blog nasce per aggiornamenti giornalieri, ma spesso devo diluire la frequenza di pubblicazione. Cercando di fare comprendere che il blogging è un progetto, non una semplice azione. TIMING Pubblico al mattino, per potere condividere il pezzo durante tutto l’arco della giornata. Prima del weekend, pubblico un contenuto digest, capace di portare nuove visite ad altri articoli. FORMAT Uno stesso argomento può essere sviluppato in più modi o riproposto più volte con ‘cornici’ diverse. Decido di volta in volta che veste dare all’articolo: dritto alla soluzione? Parto da una discussione sui social/ da una mail ricevuta/altri stimoli? Scrivo un pezzo informativo e multi- fonte?
  15. 15. ninjacademy.it 15 Altri dettagli di cui tengo conto COPYWRITING Il titolo rappresenta un passo fondamentale per portare il lettore a leggere il resto. Scelgo il giusto mix tra i 3 livelli di azione di una headline: a) logico (il significato letterale espresso), b) subconscio (elementi che di fatto impattano sul comportamento del lettore – per esempio, le domande), c) legato al posizionamento sui motori di ricerca (livello di pertinenza con il contenuto del pezzo). ASPETTI VISUAL La gestione delle immagini è un altro passo fondamentale: devono essere originali, di qualità, dotate di una forte personalità (cosa comunicano? Sono empatiche?), coerenza (con il testo di riferimento e gli altri elementi del contenuto), significato (l’immagine è facilmente comprensibile, o più ermetica?), plus (l’immagine contiene stimoli o altre informazioni che aiutano a comprendere / integrano il testo?).
