  1. 1. Braised Cabbage
  2. 2. Ingredients● Bacon-150g● Carrot-200g● Cabbage-500g● Onion-1● 1tbsp flour● Tomato paste● Pepper● Salt
  3. 3. ● 1. Cut onion into cubes and rubcarrot on a grater.
  4. 4. ● 2. Fry onion and carrot invegetable oil.
  5. 5. ● Cut cabbage into strips.
  6. 6. ● Stew cabbage with all spicesfor 15 minutes.
  7. 7. ● Add tomato paste and zazharkato the cabbage. Add salt,pepper to taste.
  8. 8. ● Mix well and stew 15 minutes,untill cabbage should be soft.
