  2. 2. What you need:Eggs - 5Sugar - 1 cup ( 170 g)Flour - 1 cup (100 g)1 large or 2 small apples,1 slice of lemon (for sprinkling apples)Butter or oil to grease forms
  3. 3. Wash and dry apples, cut into 5 pieces and cut out the core(apple peel can be cut off).Cut thin slices of apple.Put the apple slices in a bowl, drizzle with a little lemon juice(not darkened) and mix.Beat the eggs in a bowl and beat in a mixer .
