Youtube Real Estate Marketing Special Report

  1. 1. Real Estate Marketing SPECIAL REPORT Includes A Case Study that Shows You How To Create and SEO Optimize A Video That Drives Traffic To Your Real Estate Lead Generation Assets CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 1
  2. 2. Did you know that according to Mashable.com, video watching currently outranks any other form of activity that is conducted online? This even includes the use of Facebook! In fact, the Customer Insight Group shows that YouTube now boasts a following of over 490 million users worldwide and a total of 92 billion page views monthly. Average users also visit this platform 14 times a month, and will typically spend 25 minutes each time they are on. We think that the reason behind all of this is fairly evident. The truth is, people love to be entertained; but they also find it much easier to gaze at a quick video, rather than search through endless articles and websites. Nothing seems to engage more people and create better interaction online than video. Needless to say, human beings aren’t the only things that are drawn to video. Based upon this information and the fact that Google also owns YouTube, it is evident that video marketing can be an extremely powerful tool to get in front of even more eyeballs for your real estate business. Plus, Digitalbuzzblog.com declares that 41% of B2C organizations find that search engine optimization (SEO) still has the biggest impact on their lead generation efforts. Therefore, not only can YouTube be used to generate free organic traffic from its site, but content can also be optimized and displayed in the search engines as well. Think of this as a two-sided promotional strategy! CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 2
  3. 3. How You Can Leverage Both Video & the Power of Google In January of 2009, an article on Forrester stated that, “Not only are video results increasingly common in Google's search results, but your videos stand a much better chance than your text pages of being shown on the first results page. On the keywords for which Google offers video results, we found an average of 16,000 videos vying to appear on results pages containing an average of 1.5 video results -- giving each video about an 11,000-to-1 chance of making it onto the first page of results. By comparison, there were an average of 4.7 million text pages competing for a place on results pages with an average of just 9.4 text results -- giving each text page about a 500,000-to-1 chance of appearing on the first page of results. Now that's a lot of math, but here's what it means: on the keywords for which Google offers video results, any given video in the index stands about a 50 times better chance of appearing on the first page of results than any given text page in the index. Those are some attractive odds.” Well, we certainly could not say it better ourselves. The proof is clearly in the numbers. And based upon Google’s constant ambition to provide higher-quality results, it’s safe to say that videos will progressively be given more authority within the rankings for years to come. Now before giving up all hope and shredding this report to total oblivion, be sure to heed these words. Ranking videos is infinitely easier than any other form of “SEO” tactics you have ever tried. And this will become crystal clear as you discover the exact strategy we followed. Therefore, we want you to set aside any preconceived notions you may have, and approach this process with an open mind. Consequently, if you are willing to invest a small amount of time into implementing this game plan, you will indefinitely reap the fruits of your labor for a very long time… CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 3
  4. 4. Why Are Videos So Simple to Rank? It is very possible to get a YouTube video to rank on the first page of Google within a week. Additionally, you can even obtain a position within the top five spots in as little as one to two months. Thankfully, although the incubation period may take this long, the work involved to get there is far less intensive. Simply do the work once, then set it and forget it. By following the steps outlined below, you can literally complete everything from video creation to optimization within a week. Plus most tools are fairly automated. Why is it this easy? Based upon our own testing, we have found that the major authority which Google gives to YouTube videos makes it possible to rank super fast. Even though there are various factors involved in Google’s ranking algorithms, some of the most important pieces include the following: • Back links to a specific page (or video), and the entire domain • Page rank (in YouTube’s case, both site wide and for your own channel) • Age of the website • Number of indexed pages • And of course, other on page factors Throughout this training, we will cover points number one and five in detail. Plus the beautiful thing is all the other elements are essentially taken care of for you! In fact, your channel page rank will start to improve on its own naturally when you carefully follow the tips we outline below. Of course, there are other ways you can speed up this process, but that’s fodder for another report entirely. We’re talking industry secrets that most CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 4
  5. 5. “experts” don’t even know or talk about. But none of that will truly matter if you don’t follow all of this information first. So if enough people take action and still want the scoop, email us at support@retechulous.com and we’ll dish it out. ( : But we digress. To reiterate, since your video will reside on the YouTube platform, your content will instantly be granted higher authority than if you were to start launching stuff on a less seasoned website. So why aren't more people implementing this amazing strategy? Great question! We continue to ask ourselves the very same thing every day. However, instead of getting all philosophical on you, let's just take that at face value and seize this golden opportunity for what it is…a chance for crazy lead generation and quickly bypassing your competition! Position #5 and 2-3 Leads Per Week?! At the time of writing, one of our videos is currently in position #5 (and bound to go up), and it is already generating 2-3 free leads per week for just one keyword! Plus, we haven't even started to explore the other dozen or more keywords opportunities there are for this particular niche. Can you see the power behind this? Regardless of what your goals are with this system, wouldn't it help to have a minimum of 20 to 30 extra leads coming in every single month? CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 5
  6. 6. So, if you will truly make the time to read through this report and take action, there is no reason that you can't achieve this and even more. Start by studying the best practices below. Once you have a basic understanding of everything, we will reveal the exact formula we used to hit spot #5 in just over a month. It’ll blow your mind how dead simple it really was… Note: As you go through each section, you will be provided with detailed written instructions along with video tutorials for extra guidance. You can easily find each applicable training within the member’s area at YouTube Secret Report. Best Practices 1. Market Research First, consider the specific niche you want to approach. Take a moment to write down about 5 of your top ideas. For example, you may specialize in foreclosures, luxury homes, lake front properties, retirement communities, or even condos. Next, you can start to build a list of target phrases around this idea by typing them into Google’s keyword research tool. Here you will be able to check out traffic potential for any idea that comes to mind. So if we were working in Pittsburgh, PA for example, we may want to use the keyword phrase “Pittsburgh foreclosures.” With Google's tool, we can then start building a list of other potential phrases based upon the results that are displayed from that term. CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 6
  7. 7. Notice how we included our local area within the phrase rather than just targeting the word “foreclosures.” This is crucial, because you will be able to attract searchers within your local market without facing too much competition. Ideally, you want to focus on the search phrases with the highest amount of traffic. Be sure that your results only display the “exact” rather than the default “broad” match. Competition The keyword tool will also provide some basic information on the competition for each term. However, for more comprehensive results, you can also search each term within Google. This is recommended, because you can see what type of sites you will be going up against, plus the amount of results that are displayed for that specific search phrase. CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 7
  8. 8. For instance, notice in the screen shot to the right how some of our top competitors are currently Yahoo, Zillow and Trulia. Obviously, those are some pretty big names! So although it is possible to rank high for any term, you will have to use your own judgment on which keywords to go after first. Quite simply put, higher competition means that it could take longer and more effort to reach a top spot within Google. With that said, we were able to rank on the first page for the term “Pittsburgh foreclosures” within a week. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Market Research” CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 8
  9. 9. 2. Creating Your Video & Squeeze Page This is one of the most fun parts of the entire process. Even if you are camera shy, it is super easy to create highly engaging videos. Ideally, you'll want your content to be anywhere from 45 seconds to 2 minutes long. For the approach we will be covering here, aim for the lower end of the spectrum. As an example, for our Pittsburgh foreclosures video, we simply conducted a screen capture of our squeeze page indicating to our audience what they will receive when they sign up. You can review this here. We recommend using Screenr.com or Screencast-o-matic.com to create quick, good quality videos. Additionally, you can choose to use your built in webcam if you want to make your content more personal. Be sure that you naturally say your keyword phrase in the video about 3 to 4 times throughout. Since YouTube actually transcribes your information, it is crucial that you do this. Remember to only focus on one main keyword per video. This will help to maximize your efforts for that particular search phrase. Also, always include some call to action. Ideally, this will be to direct your audience to your lead capture pages. Squeeze Page Creating a squeeze page is equally simple. Just follow the trainings within our member’s area to produce the template the suits you. Or contact us at support@retechulous.com if you’d like to receive quotes on a done for you service. For our example, we built a very simple yet effective page for the foreclosure market. Again, this is currently netting us two the three leads per week for one single keyword. CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 9
  10. 10. The user simply enters their e-mail, and they are immediately taken to a thank you page which includes a link to a property search. This is one of the simplest and most effective forms of lead generation for real estate. People love to receive a free list of properties every single week. Other ideas may include video tours or tutorials, property tour updates, free reports, discounted services or coupons, and so on. Remember that simple is better. Include a few key bullet points and perhaps an eye-catching photo or intro video on your page. That should be sufficient. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Create Your Video” 3. Uploading Your Video Next, you will want to upload your video to YouTube. Be sure to name the file of your content your main keyword phrase. So we would use pittsburghforeclosures.mp4 as an example. NOTE: For those who do not have a channel yet, we will not be covering that in this training. Very simply go to YouTube and type in “How to create a YouTube channel” or something similar. This will present you with plenty of tutorials to get started. Also keep in mind that you will want to choose a channel name that will be relevant to all the videos you will be creating in the future. Hence, you probably do not want to make your main keyword phrase for the first video the title, especially if it is niche specific. CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 10
  11. 11. Once you start uploading your video, there are a few key elements that you will want to implement. First of all, the beginning of your title must include your main keyword phrase. Additionally, your description should include a link to your squeeze page at the very top, followed by some text which includes your keyword throughout. Although it is okay to write a brief three or four sentence description, we recommend going the extra mile. Instead, try writing a 250 to 300 word article that includes your keyword three times (once in the beginning, the middle and near the end). At the bottom, you can post a link to your website again to provide an extra reminder for viewers to visit your site. On the other hand, if you do not like writing, you should check out Iwriter.com immediately. This is the best way to get decent written content for only $5-10 per article. CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 11
  12. 12. Consider this to be like any page on your website which would include high-quality written content and video. Google will crawl this page and recognize that your video is highly relevant to your keyword phrase, thus increasing your chances for ranking. Finally, you will need to include a brief list of tags along with a category for your video. Begin your list of tags with your main search term. Make sure you separate each keyword phrase with quotations (i.e. “Pittsburgh foreclosures”). Feel free to type in another two or three related phrases if you would like; however, this is not required. So we may also include “foreclosures in Pittsburgh PA” and “foreclosed homes in Pittsburgh.” Refer back to part one for additional information. For the category, we typically just go with either “Howto and Style,” “People & Blogs,” or “Education.” Once all the steps are completed, be sure to click “save.” VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Upload Your Video” CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 12
  13. 13. 4. Advanced on Page Factors We have discovered that by simply implementing the proper on page factors, our videos quickly rank in the number one position within YouTube. Clearly, they have a very powerful effect on video optimization. Therefore, it is critical that you follow through on these steps before building back links; otherwise, you will not achieve optimal results. Below are some of the more advanced ideas you can include with your strategy. Since each is slightly more technical, we will be providing a specific video tutorial for each section: 1. Captions First, adding captions or keyword rich transcriptions will help YouTube to further solidify exactly what your video is all about. Many marketers don't know that YouTube transcribes their videos, and then uses this information for ranking purposes. Although the system does a decent job recording what is said, it is far from perfect. Thus, it is possible that the keywords you use in each video could go overlooked. It is your responsibility to make any changes necessary, in order to ensure that you are receiving proper credit. As a result, YouTube offers users the ability to make edits and changes to each transcript. This is much easier than it may sound. To emphasize, you only want to make sure that a transcript has been successfully uploaded, and that your keywords are included 3 to 4 times throughout the content. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Captions” 2. Annotations CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 13
  14. 14. Next, you should add 2 to 3 keyword rich annotations to your video. These are essentially short notes that appear at certain intervals within the content. Be sure that you use at least one call to action using this strategy. Sprinkle your keywords into each annotation naturally. For example, you could write something along the lines of “Get your free list of ‘insert keywords’ below!” Make them short and simple, and offer some form of value or entertainment with each. Using these in moderation will help tremendously. Also as a side note to the training below, you can easily change the position and sizing of each annotation by simply scrolling to the particular location within your video where it will appear. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Annotations” 3. Commenting & Likes One of the key ingredients to creating a successful video is to ensure that it generates a ton of engagement and interaction. In fact, this is precisely what Google is looking for when ranking content. They want to be sure that people are truly finding value in what you provide. CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 14
  15. 15. As a result, each of your videos must contain a handful of comments and likes. Thankfully, sites such as Fiverr.com make this pretty easy to do. We will give a better overview of this specific tool below. Additionally, you can request any of your colleagues, clients, or friends/ family to leave a positive comment and like each of your videos from their own YouTube accounts. Aim to generate at least 10 or more comments to help with your rankings. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Commenting” 4. Video Responses Another more advanced form of commenting is known as video responses. Although you don't necessarily need to produce these in order to have success, they certainly have a positive impact. These require a little more work and effort, but the upside is totally worth it. Whenever a keyword rich video is pointing to your main content, it has the ability to help raise its authority in Google and YouTube. Creating and uploading these videos follows the same process as above. However, video responses can cover anything about your local market, as long as they include your main keyword phrase. CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 15
  16. 16. Some of the easiest ways to create these are by utilizing one of your other YouTube channels, or by asking work associates, past clients, family, or friends to help. Additionally, remember that you must approve each video response within your account’s inbox. About two or three of these should suffice. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Commenting” 5. Channel Subscribers Gaining channel subscribers is fairly painless. Of course, you will attract people naturally over time, but there is a much faster way to do this. For starters, we recommend Subxcess.com. This tool is free (you can also buy credits) and super user-friendly. Plus, you can rest assured that each subscription is from a real person and not a fake account. Essentially, you subscribe to others’ accounts and earn points. In return, people will join your channel, so it is a win-win for everyone involved. As mentioned above, you can ask your own list of contacts or consider one of the services offered on Fiverr. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Views & Subscriptions” 6. Video Views Finally, your videos must have a lot of views in order to rank high in Google. The only platform we really recommend is Tubepromoter.com. Although this can be used as a free resource, we highly recommend paying for credits to speed up the process, because it is very reasonably priced. CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 16
  17. 17. Otherwise, you have the option of watching videos to earn credits. Very simply, each credit is equal to one view. We advise that you aim to get at least 500 to 1000 views per video. You'll be amazed by how quickly you can pass other videos that have been established for two or more years just with this strategy alone. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Views & Subscriptions” 5. Tier 1 Back Linking Strategies (Focus on these 1st) Within this section, we will now review six various “tier 1” back linking strategies you can use. We decided to categorize these based on two levels, not necessarily due to difficulty; rather, according to the time and effort each requires. CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 17
  18. 18. Additionally, we feel that it is important to first focus on these tools before venturing on to “tier 2.” Although you may not be required to utilize all of the following to get onto page one of Google, this is considered best practice. 1. Social Maximizer This is by far one of the best social bookmarking platforms available today. All links are submitted manually by Socialmaximizer.com. Just input your keywords, titles, descriptions, and video links, and the rest is taken care of for you. There are over 800 sites to submit to. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Social Maximizer” 2. One Hour Backlinks CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 18
  19. 19. With one Onehourbacklinks.com, you have the ability to submit “do follow,” indexed, and PR1+ links to a bunch of different sites. The system uses comment spin code to automatically post unique messages. It only takes a couple minutes to submit, and the price is very reasonable. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “One Hour Backlinks” 3. Pinging Using pinging and RSS aggregators allows you to instantly point hundreds of sites back to your videos within minutes. Some of the websites we love to use are Pingler.com, Bulkping.com, and Pingomatic.com. They are all free and easy to learn. With these tools, you have the option to resubmit your links every couple weeks until you achieve the results you want. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Pinging & RSS Aggregation” 4. RSS Feeds Grab your YouTube RSS feed (http://www.youtube.com/rss/user/ yourchannelname/videos.rss), and create two unique feeds using Feedburner and Feedbite. With these two services, you can generate additional links to your channel and videos. Plus, feel free to submit these to the pinging services as well. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Create RSS Feeds” 5. Press Release Again, you can sign up at Iwriter.com if you do not want to create your own articles. Press releases should be short, sweet, and “newsworthy (term used lightly).” We typically aim for 250 in 300 words. Your keyword should be used in the title and 3 to 4 times throughout the body. Don’t forget to add an CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 19
  20. 20. “about us” section at the bottom too. Make sure you provide a link back to your video and at least one other major source. Google “how to write a press release” for further instruction and inspiration. You can try either submitting through Webwire.com or one of the other services we discuss in the video below. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Press Releases” 6. Fiverr If you haven't gathered by now, we absolutely love Fiverr.com. This is where you can find a lot of SEO services that people will perform for only five bucks. Here are a few suggestions of things you can search for: 1. Traffic Geyser - Find someone who will be willing to submit your video file (mp4) through Traffic Geyser to the list of other aggregated video sources 2. Blogroll - This term will bring up a host of options where you can post a keyword rich link back to your video. Many contain a very high page rank. Look for something that is permanent and will place you on the homepage or site wide. 3. Links (.edu & .gov) - It always pays to have some .edu and .gov links pointing to your videos. These always carry high authority. CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 20
  21. 21. And the list of ideas goes on and on. Simply search for someone who has a lot of positive feedback, and you'll be good to go. 6. Tier 2 Back Linking Strategies If you find after a few weeks that your video is not ranking as high as you desire, then it may be time to introduce some of the following tactics. These could literally be the difference between just making page 1 and obtaining one of the top five positions for your keyword phrase. Overall, the key to getting to the top of page 1 is in creating a handful of good quality content, which is posted to a variety of authority sites. 1. Blog posting In this example, we created a content rich article to post on our site at Retechulous.com. The blog post utilized our main keyword phrase, an embed of the YouTube video, and a keyword rich link right back to our content. As discussed in the video, it is important to always include your main keyword at the beginning of the title. Also use a 1-2% saturation rate throughout the body of the article. A good rule of thumb is to use your main keyword phrase once every 100 words or so. Be natural about this so it is readable by humans and search engines. It is a good idea to actively blog for your business. You have the option of using the Retechulous Awesome Real Estate Website platform, your own hosted solution, or one of the free options provided by Wordpress, Blogger, etc. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Blogging” 2. Guest Blogging CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 21
  22. 22. Like above, guest blogging allows you to post keyword rich articles to other high authority websites. There are many PR2+ sites out there that welcome guest writers. One of our favorite platforms is Wannanetwork.com. You can also simply search “real estate guest blogging” to find other options. Or just contact local real estate professionals who have a well established web presence. Ask them if you can occasionally write an article for your business. Consider returning the favor for them somehow as well. Remember that if you are not comfortable with uploading your own content, there are various sites out there that will do it for you. VIDEO TUTORIAL: Watch “Blogging” CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 22
  23. 23. 3. Content Syndication Herein lays our secret weapon. When article writing becomes tedious and you need more leverage, content syndication services could be your answer. Based upon this list of over 30 private blog networks, it is evident that there are many options to choose from. However, not all are created equal. In fact, some can be extremely pricey, while others do not provide the highest quality links or deliver good results. Additionally, Google is cracking down on various sites and even de-indexing links that are submitted from these services. The main reason being, a lot of people who submit content using these tools tend to abuse the system. Because of this, we have tried and reviewed many options and have found two specific tools to be very reliable and effective. One platform is known as Traffic Kaboom (TK), and this system will allow you to submit one spun article to 60 or more blogs. Plus, you can also syndicate your videos to other sites as well. Content is manually reviewed according to fairly strict guidelines. Additionally, we like Traffic Geyser (TG), because you can easily submit both articles and videos to a host of different platforms simultaneously. Of course, both tools can be relatively expensive (and the doors for TK are currently shut), which is why we included other resources for you to review on your own above. Or, you may want to consider one of the package options we offer to have this done for you (message support@retechulous.com for more info). We also need to reemphasize that you must use these services at your own discretion, because Google is always changing their algorithms. But CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 23
  24. 24. as long as you are relying on other forms of back linking, this will always help protect you. As a side note, our own experiences with both TK and TG have not caused us any issues and always seem to deliver good value. How We Achieved a Top Ranking for “Pittsburgh Foreclosures” Briefly, we wanted to review the exact formula we used to achieve great results fast. You will be relieved to see that our process only required a reasonable amount of time and money. Getting Onto the First Page of Google: Below we have listed all the tools we used and the approximate price points for each. The following helped us to get onto the first page of Google within a week: 1. Social Maximizer: Action: Submitted links to twenty-five 3+PR sites. Price: Approximately $5 2. One Hour Backlinks: Action: Purchased 250 regular, 125 indexed, 25 do follow, and 25 PR1+ links. Price: $20.50 3. Pinging CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 24
  25. 25. Action: Submitted RSS feed and video link to all services. Price: FREE 4. RSS Feeds Action: Created Feed Burner & Feedbite accounts Price: FREE 5. Press Release Action: Submitted one press release Price: $24.95 6. Fiverr Action: Bought “likes” and comments, blogroll links, traffic geyser aggregation, and .edu/.gov links Price: Approximately $30 7. Tube Promoter Action: Requested 5,000 video views. Price: $5 CLICK HERE To Access The VIDEO Tutorials That Come With This Report Page | 25
  26. 26. Closing Remarks Remember that the process we followed will be slightly different for each market and keyword. These are just best practices, so you’ll have to find what works best for you. The time it took for us to finish all the tasks in the last section ended up being well under a week. These tools alone got us to position #8 and the top video position in YouTube. Next, we introduced one spun article through Traffic Kaboom (which is only 1/3 complete with the submissions) and a blog post on Retechulous. (Again, if you cannot afford a tool like TK, then consider manually submitting more articles to high authority blogs.) Within just a few more weeks we hit position #5, and this could definitely go up soon. So you see, not too shabby ‘eh? Therefore, we implore you to diligently study this process and discover exactly what video marketing can do for your business. Simply by creating a game plan based around the information provided in this report, you too could be generating 20, 50, or 100+ free leads per month in a very short amount of time.
