Collaborate effectively with Global Digital Team to ensure the local implementation of the global digital strategy and action plan. 3.Community a. Develop, plan and drive the artist outreach programme for the Iberia market to ensure the maximum interaction with consumers and key art education universities to maximize the commercialization of the consumer contact. b. Drive the commercialization of the outreach programme through coordinating with commercial activities to maximize revenue growth. a. Ensure the effective implementation of a training programme for internal (sales people) and external (customers’ employees) of our brands in Spain Portugal. 5.PR a. Execution of Iberian advertising, publicity and trade communication program in a cost effective manner. b. Ensure effective PR of the Brand portfolio and commercial activities that is consistent with agreed brand and market objectives. 6.Management a. Interaction with other Global Departments for exchange of global and local information when requested. b. Control Iberia Marketing budget including merchandising, retailer advertising, retailer demonstrations, promotions and PR. c. Marketing Manager Iberia Winsor Newton Artist Acrylic is a product born out of intensive research development and dialogue with artists. This combination of technical expertise and consumer understanding delivered a unique and superior product. Our laboratory looked to the car refinish industry for ideas taking the emulsion used for exterior window trims as the inspiration for AAC. Based on a solid understanding of the current artist usages, the chemists tailored standard raw materials to fine art requirements. Immediate enthusiasm from the Winsor Newton Marketing team made it possible to expand the initial concept into a fully sponsored, cross-functional project. The outcome is unique in the marketplace. Artist Acrylic ensures no colour shift from wet to dry. Previously a limitation, common to all other competitive Acrylic ranges. It literally means that with Artists Acrylic what you see when wet is what you get when the painting is dry. A benefit not possible if our chemist had not looked to other industries for inspiration. In testing the original product with selected artists, Marketing quickly discovered that no colour shift also meant a new level of colour brilliance was achieved. In order to showcase this colour brilliance to artists Marketing, Operations and Purchasing developed a new artwork with hand painted labels. A first for the whole ColArt Group and not without its challenges. However close cross-functional collaboration overcame all hurdles and today the project team is proud to see their ‘baby’ prosper and grow in market. The Artists Acrylic ranges consist of 80 colours spread across the widest palette, using single pigments wherever possible to provide the brightest and strongest colours. The range also includes 17 exciting new colours, further increasing the number of unique pigments available to acrylic painters.
