Niketas Marketing  Niketas Marketing is a full service Marketing Automation and Analytics deployment group  We work with companies to determine, strategize and deploy Marketing projects  We specialize in Marketing Automation tools such as Eloqua, Marketo and Sales Automation tools Salesforce.com, Oracle on Demand CRM. We are data mining and segmentation developers that focus on brand messages.  We focus on creating excellent strategy, customer experience and alignment with brand for your prospects and customers. This is not always the easy path, but it is a fruitful path for your business.

Marketing Automation Case Study  Client MA required a systematic way to deploy weekly emails to their base so that no one in their database receive more than 2 emails a week.  Solution: We built weekly programs to filter or segment their database into email pools and sent individuals to campaigns based on these segments.

Sales Automation  Within the Sales Automation (SA) space Niketas Marketing  Built 100s of data schemas and MA integration projects  Deployed 100s of specialty insight tools either via Marketing Automation (such as Engage or Prospect Profiler) or 3rd party tools.  Integrated 100s of secondary sources to enhance sales data  Created 100s of sales funnel and process documents to facilitate new processes

Sales Automation Case Study  Client SA needed to ensure that at least one individual was entered into each sales opportunity the sales team created.  Solution: We instructed and built special coding on the back end of their system that required this data upon creation of a new opportunity. Additionally, we scoured the sales teams emails sent for other individuals emailed to this company and created an interface that proactively asked the sales team if this individual was engaged in a specific opportunity.

Market and Sales Automation Case Study  Client MA/SA needed to encourage Marketing and Sales to work together with the advent of a new marketing automation tool and therefore changes to Marketing and Sales processes.  We developed an awards program that sent Marketing and Sales winners to lunch monthly and at the yearly awards ceremony awarded a Marketing and Sales “team” for best performance by the numbers.
