For the 2015 Casino Gaming Industry Job Satisfaction Survey, we surveyed over 1,000 casino gaming executives nationwide to better understand the job satisfaction factors of today's top casino gaming executives. We asked questions pertaining to respondents’ long and short term goals, satisfaction at their current position, and general outlook on the field to better understand the casino gaming industry and the executives who lead it. The results give insight to recruiting trends in regards to what motivates executive level candidates and employees in the casino industry, and what employers or recruiters can do to attract top talent. We hope you find these finding beneficial as a casino recruiter, employer, or executive.
