Virtual Reality is a ticket to wonderland. The problem everyone faces is that even 2nd generation HMD's and light field displays don't guarantee the emotions or the fun. Our research uncovered the 4 Keys to Fun (http://4K2F.com) and current VR delivers only 1 key. This limited palette of emotions fails to engage even enthusiasts for more than 15 mins. Curiosity plays a role, but 3 other emotions are what deeply engage people in VR. Join us on a neuroscience journey through four VR experiences of the future demonstrating the 4 emotion profiles unique to VR and the emotion architectures that create them. These experiences expand the possibility space of what we call entertainment.
