  3. 3. Leadership requires courage Leaders need the courage to act during crisis situations
  4. 4. Leadership requires compassion Leaders need to have compassion for those that are suffering personal distress
  5. 5. Leadership requires involvement Leaders need to have the courage to become involved and be on the front lines when a crisis occurs
  6. 6. Leadership requires conviction Leaders must never waiver from their beliefs nor compromise their position
  7. 7. Leadership requires control Leaders must have the courage to maintain control and not panic in the face of conflict
  8. 8. The concept of Superheroes Leaders must have the courage to fight injustice and stand united against those that oppose us
