Students should be able to achieve the standard set value to get graduate degree. Nevertheless they were anxious, because many students who did not pass and was not able to achieve the standard. Anxiety is unpleasant emotion that most people feel at some time when they are faced with challenges. Medication such as antidepressant, beta blockers, and benzodiazepines combined with psychotherapy has shown to be the most used treatment for anxiety. Recent studies showed that some probiotic have ability to reduce anxiety related gamma amino butyric acid (GABA). Yakult that contain L. casei Shirota is the most commercial probiotic drink. The objective of this research is wants to know effect of L. casei Shirota to decrease anxiety level of student that facing UN. The research subject on the experiment method is determined by the probably sampling technique based on the willingness of subject to determine the sample conducted on junior high school student in Yogyakarta to perform pretest with the anxieties scale (2012) first (n=40) then selected a sample that has the highest value of anxiety (n=30) and will to be subject. Further testing hypotheses obtained can be seen in the table that is the result of the Paired Sample t- test analysis (SPSS 16) with a value of t = 0.008, which means p <0.05, where the results show that the data are significant or hypothesis is accepted.
