Fully Automatic Ultrasonic Cleaning <ul><li>SCHOTT glass is cleaned by an automated ultrasonic cleaning line in a series of wash steps using commercial cleaning solutions recommended for optical glass </li></ul><ul><li>Highly alkaline cleaner (pH 12.4) containing alkalis, surface active compounds, solubiliser, wetting agents, complexing agent, sequestering agents </li></ul><ul><li>Mildly acidic (pH 4.3) containing acids, wetting agents, surfactant compounds, buffer compounds </li></ul><ul><li>Rinse steps in deionised water </li></ul><ul><li>Final infra-red drying stage </li></ul>
