How to edit entries <ul><ul><li>Open the entry where the content will be modified. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Click on the Edit button on the upper margin menu. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Once the editing window is open, use the lower bar of the Rich Editor to modify the text, just like in other text processing programs. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Before exiting the page, click on Save page in the screen's top left corner. If you want to view the page before saving it to see how it will look once published, click on Display Preview. Go back and edit if you want, but before exiting, save the page. </li></ul></ul>Once you have created and saved an entry, the content can be modified. A few indications: Tip: Before changing pages, even if only for a moment, don't forget to click on  Save page . If you fail to do this, the updated content won't be loaded on the entry. <ul><ul><li>To categorize titles and subtitles, use the Format menu. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Its categorization will be viewed at the beginning of the entry as a table of contents with hyperlinks, unless you want to hide it. </li></ul></ul>

How to paste text in an entry To paste text copied or cut from other documents: <ul><ul><li>Cut or copy the text to be pasted in the entry. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Open the entry where the content will be modified. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Click on the Edit button on the upper margin menu. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Once the editing window is open, place the mouse cursor on the place where the </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>text will be pasted. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Paste the text using the standard commands (CTRL V) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>A window will open with a place to paste the text and to remove the </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>formats. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Paste the text and click on OK. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Return to the entry that is being edited. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Don't forget to save the page before closing it. </li></ul></ul>
  3. 3. <ul><ul><li>Select the word that will take to the link. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Click on the Insert/Edit link  option on the lower text editing bar with an earth globe just above it. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>A window with the &quot;Link&quot; option will open. </li></ul></ul>How to incorporate external and internal links Internal links are all the connections that send the visitor to another page inside Natura Media Center, while external links are extensions to other Internet sites. To incorporate links: <ul><ul><li>External Links: Input the URL of the desired link and click on &quot;ok&quot;, the word will become underlined and blue. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Internal Links: Type the name of the Media Center internal entry or article that is related. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Click on &quot;ok&quot;. </li></ul></ul>
