  • Orientation is a vital piece of a new employee’s success at their new job. Without a successful start, new employees get lost at their purpose and feel alone. If orientation is poor the new employee tends to look for a more fulfilling job and then hiring process starts over.
    Starting over is never fun and it is costly.
