There is still a lack of supply in the market.
  9. 9. My View of the Market  Year–to–date sales are up 9.4% throughout Boulder County but the pace of sales has slowed a bit. We have had a big spring with strong sales and price jumps.  The market is slowing which is normal for this time of year.
