Richard Underwood<br />Richard is an experienced Interim and Project Manager who has worked on Shared Services, BPO Contracts, Change and Business Transformation implementations with a track record of delivering effective training for Management and Customer Services. Richard has worked for major Private and Public Sector clients designing, reviewing and implementing solutions for Shared Services, Change and Business Transformation, Outsourcing and in-shoring and off-shoring activities. He has also effectively project managed major system migrations.<br />Richard’s expertise extends to transformation of Customer Services including face to face, Call Centre and e-solutions to enhance service performance, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction. Richard also has considerable experience of re-structuring organisations within a highly visible political and unionised environment. <br />
  5. 5. Neil Gann<br />Neil is an experienced consultant with expertise in project and contract management, procurement and interim management. He has effectively managed high profile service procurements resulting in significant savings to clients, managed contracted services on behalf of clients and overseen the successful in house return of previously outsourced services. <br />He also has significant expertise in writing and submitting PQQ and Bid submissions on behalf of companies tendering for work specifically within the Local Government market place. <br />Neil has experience of delivering major transformation projects on behalf of clients including co-locating services and associated implementation of customer self-service arrangements, standardisation of processes and procedures and achievement of cashable savings. <br />He also has expertise in conducting feasibility studies, due diligence and service reviews in relation to outsourcing and shared services. <br />

Testimonials<br /> In April 2008, the Central Bedfordshire unitary team for Revenues and Benefits required resources to take the two existing District Revenues and Benefits teams through the harmonisation of processes and migration onto a single system by December 2009.
