A simple process of writing down a legally viable and
enforceable - commercial or personal - understating
between two or more entities is drafting a contract.

The essence of drafting a contract is to ensure that
everyone involved has a clear understanding of their
rights and obligations regarding the commercial
understanding or the promise made.

The process of examination and evaluation of the
provisions of a legal document for clarity, accuracy and

 Risk Analysis is a technique to identify and assess

 This technique also helps to define preventive
  measures to reduce the probability of these factors from
  occurring and identify countermeasures to successfully
  deal with these constraints when they develop to avert
  possible negative effects on the competitiveness of any
  contract
 A risk analysis chart typically includes identification the
  risk owner, time factors for performing the obligations,
  fulfilment of requisite conditions by the non-risk owner
  and other mitigating factors such as jurisdictional
  constraints.
Contract Creation and Comparison
 Contract Creation:
 Process by which a new contract is created based on a
  standard template.
     By filling certain information in particular fields of the
      standard template a new contract is created.
 Contract Comparison:
      Contract Comparison can be utilized when

 Red-lining: The process of red-lining is undertaken for

 Improving the language and content of the document;
  ◦ Mapping any changes, modifications or amendments
    made in the document.
  ◦ Highlighting any proposed insertions or deletions in a
    document;

  ◦ Identifying obscurity and ambiguity in a contract and

   As a graduate engineer Mr. S. N. Amberdekar started assimilating the significance
    of engineering skills that need to be absorbed in fundamental operations like
    Machining, Tool Making, Welding, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Assembly
    Operations which form the essential foundation of world class Vehicle Building
    Operations.


   He has a rich experience of 38 years in the fertile environment of Tata Motors Ltd.
    In the long tenure as the Head of CVBU Production Plants that gave him the
    practical exposure to Design and Manufacture the world class Tooling, it was
    strengthened by interaction with various tool rooms in
    Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, UK, Germany & Australia. Further to this the Sheet
    Metal Dies and Fixtures were supplied to various car-makers like
    Honda, Toyota, Jaguar, Fiat, and Renault in addition to all the models from the Tata
    Motors Stable. All this has also expanded on the customer delight factor, honed
    during the buy-off and the try-outs at suppliers and customers end.

She has a total experience of over a decade in litigation support services, over four years’ of
experience in Document Review, Consumer Bankruptcy, Contract Management and Consumer
Protection cases.
She holds a Masters Degree in Law from a Tier 1 University of Pune, India,
Has written Content for the Master’s Degree program in Law. She was one of the Team leaders in
one of the leading LPO’s of Pune, India.

Francis A –Head Operation
He holds a degree in Law from a Tier 1 Law College of Pune, India.
Has over a decade’s experience of Conveyance in Real Estate, Litigation Support, Document
Review, Contract Management, and Due Diligence.
He has managed a team of 100 Contract Lawyers. He was a group Leader in one of the first LPO’s
of Pune.

Renuka Choudhari- Head India Deliverables
She is a qualified LLM Post Graduate with rich experience in Legal / Corporate Affairs. She has In-
depth knowledge of Labour Laws, Trade Laws, International Sale of Goods Act, Company
Law, Commercial Laws, and Banking Laws etc. She has an LLM in Law of International Trade
(Emphasis on Commercial Contracts) from University of East London in 2008 and a Post Graduate
Diploma in Law of International Trade from University of Wales in 2006. She has a professional

Neo Jurix -Global Delivery Business Model
In this model the work is carried out by the Neo Jurix LPO’s India’s team members at onsite
and offshore location. Usually 20-30% of the work is performed by the onsite team and the
remaining is performed by the offshore development center. In this model the benefits of both,
onsite and offshore, outsourcing models can be leveraged.


There is moderate involvement of client center with periodic reviews and weekly progress
meetings. Neo Jurix India strongly suggests client interaction as many times as possible.


The onsite team is responsible for collecting initial information and understanding the
requirements clearly through direct interaction with client. Planning, detailed project designing
and actual work is done by the offshore team. The onsite team is responsible for dealing with
client and managing partnership well. The onus of success of the project is with both, onsite
and offshore, teams.
If client has any query related to the project it gets resolved quickly by onsite team. Also, he
can make it sure that the project team has understood the requirements clearly through
onsite team minimizing communication gap. This helps in delivering dined service exactly as
per the client requirements. The resource utilization is better in this model as client can
directly control development team if required.
The offshore development team works in time zone to have some overlap with the client team
and onsite team is always in touch with client. This helps in building good rapport and helps
in delivering better .
