OTC GREENLIGHT provides next generation digital technology for pressure analysis of BOP testing, stump tests, and well integrity tests. It uses a proprietary predictive algorithm to continuously analyze test data without needing benchmarking, saving time. It generates clear reports and provides remote monitoring, data archiving, and 24/7 support at no extra charge. OTC GREENLIGHT specialists have drilling experience to provide hands-on assistance and training.

OTC GREENLIGHT Summary of Services
What is OTC GREENLIGHT?
1. OTC GREENLIGHT, developed by one of the originators of digital pressure analysis,
provides next generation digital technology for low and high pressure analysis. OTC
GREENLIGHT is suitable for all pressure analyses including Stump Tests, BOP Testing, and
Well Integrity Testing.
2. Driven by a proprietary predictive algorithm for high pressure BOP testing that does not
require benchmarking, OTC GREENLIGHT saves time by continuously analyzing data
independent of volumes, fluid types and test pressures. This analysis provides the most
accurate assessment of pressure integrity.
3. OTC GREENLIGHT further saves time by tolerating “Pump Ups” without requiring a
restart of the test. The analyst within the program simply resets and begins calculations
without requiring a bleed down to zero.
4. OTC GREENLIGHT will provide data archiving in a secure data center and 24/7 support at
no additional charge. Real time remote monitoring and analysis will also available at an
affordable cost if desired.
5. OTC GREENLIGHT generates clear and concise reporting including integration of surface
and/or subsea pressure testing plans and schematics.
6. OTC GREENLIGHT Pressure Testing and Compliance Specialists all have practical training
and experience in drilling operations and compliance inspection. They are proven hands
who add value to any operation.
What does GREENLIGHT cost?
1. OTC GREENLIGHT Software/Hardware bundle including ANSI certified laptop with
touchscreen: $1200 per day (discounts available for permanent installations).
2. Pressure Testing and Compliance Specialist: $2300 per day.
3. 24/7 Support: No charge.
4. Mileage reimbursed at $1 per mile.
5. Remote monitoring and access available by quotation.

OTC GREENLIGHT Operating Conditions of Approval for Digital Pressure Testing of BOPs for
both stump testing and conventional BOP pressure testing, and all other related well integrity
testing in the Gulf of Mexico:
The behavior of the software described below was reported to BSEE during a meeting on
September 17, 2015. Subsequent approval of the software was obtained on October XX, 2015.
1. ‘Basic BSEE Low Pressure’ Analyst - The ‘Basic BSEE Low Pressure’ Analyst uses a non-
predictive algorithm to monitor low pressure BOP tests. This algorithm reports a low
pressure test as passing if the following criteria, based on 30 CFR 250.448, are met:
The duration of the test must be at least 5 minutes long.
All measured pressures must be above 200 psi.
All measured pressures must be below 300 psi.
If during pump up from zero, the pressure exceeds 500 psi, the test must be
terminated and rerun from zero.
The slope at the end of the test will be declining no faster than 3 psi/minute.
The slope anywhere within the test will be declining no faster than 5 psi/minute.
The second derivative of a curve fitted to the data will be no less than -2
psi/minute anywhere.
2. ‘Basic BSEE High Pressure’ Analyst - The ‘Basic BSEE High Pressure’ Analyst uses a
predictive algorithm to monitor high pressure BOP tests.
This predictive algorithm attempts to fit a proprietary curve to measured
pressure points in a high pressure test each time a new point is measured
(typically once per second).
After each fit, if successful, the time and pressure at which the curve will have a
slope of -3 psi/minute, referred to as (t3, P3), is calculated.
After consecutive values of P3 fall within a small measurement window, the
‘Basic BSEE High Pressure’ Analyst will make a prediction regarding the outcome
of the tests, passed or failed, depending on whether the prediction is above or
below test pressure, respectively.
Included in the ‘Basic BSEE High Pressure’ Analyst is the ability to classify tests
using non-predictive algorithms that strictly adhere to 30 CFR 250.448.
3. Real-time communication will be provided to users of the OTC GREENLIGHT software via
phone support 365/24/7.

4. Each time OTC GREENLIGHT is used on a rig at least one of the following will be
provided:
On-location support by a dedicated OTC GREENLIGHT Specialist.
Remote support by OTC GREENLIGHT Specialists.
On location operation by rig personnel (Cementers, SS Engineers, etc.) that have
been given OTC GREENLIGHT training.
