  7. 7. www.monash.edu.au 7 Human Dynamics • Mental – Physical – Clear unchanging values, clear communication, comfortable with silence, plan long term • Emotional – Objective – Problem solver, innovative, brainstorming, enthusiastic, leave details to others • Emotional – Subjective – Connect personally, intuitive but lack confidence, emotions are clear in my actions, natural connector • Physical – Emotional – Likes practical results, lots of data in my head, preference to just do than discuss • Physical – Mental – Practical, detailed, strategy, mind moving fast, group-oriented, what needs to be done
