Topic Alert Service • NCTSN Topic Alerts: Monthly updates on child trauma with full publication details – citations and abstracts for journal articles and books • PILOTS, the National Center for PTSD’s international, cross-disciplinary database on PTSD and other effects of traumatic events. • MEDLINE, the National Library of Medicine’s database of biomedical literature indexes over 5,000 journals from the US and 70 other countries. • PsycINFO, from the American Psychological Association provides coverage of journals and books in psychology, the behavioral sciences, and related disciplines • Free to anyone • 847 subscribers - reflects individuals subscribing to more than one alert • 8 non-US countries

Reference Services • Respond to questions sent via info@nctsn.org or help@nctsn.org monitored at UCLA • Respond to questions on the phone line answered at Duke or UCLA offices • Variety of requestors can be from NCTSN centers, mental health professionals, concerned parents, or children doing a report

Provides information on and access to resources, people, and projects of Network centers. • NCTSN Military Families Knowledge Bank: Single source for information and resources on military children and families. • PILOTS Database: Extensive research database of the world literature on traumatic stress (Published International Literature on Traumatic Stress)
