Technology Infrastructure Mobile web conferencing One-Click / instant meetings Mobile version of our website Information hubs for knowledge exchange Single sign-on Customization and branding Our online workspaces can be used for many purposes including: coordinating trainings and meetings, document management, information sharing, networking with other experts, organization of meetings, etc. (System used SharePoint) Instant message and video chat is used an another mode of communication for a geographically dispersed network of professionals. (System used: Lync integrated with SharePoint) Web conferencing is used for working meetings, team huddles/check-ins, all-staff meetings between UCLA and Duke University, trainings, and presentations. (Systems used: Blackboard Collaborate,WebEx)
