Related, though broader, terms include "lifestyle calm balance" and "life style choices".

Eliminate the Madness – whether that’s in the morning or people that add confusion.2. Establish a Sleep Routine – it’s crucial3. Take Time for your Self4. Stop Trying to do it All – get some help!5.
