  4. 4. “M ULGIKAPSAD ” – SAUERKRAUT COOKED WITH PORK AND BARLEY The most famous Estonian national dish - mulgikapsad - cabbage-mulgiski, cooked with pork and grains. This dish looks unappetizing, but is very tasty and hearty.
  5. 5. B LACK PUDDING Another traditional dish ofEstonia, especially onChristmas Eve - roast blackpudding with lingonberrysyrup and pickledpumpkin.
  6. 6. K AMA And such a populardish, such as flour,"Kama" from rye,peas, wheat andbarley, is used withmilk or yogurt, cannot try in any othercountry in the world.
