Doing less meaningless work, so that you can focus
on things on greater personal importance is NOT
laziness. This is hard for most people to accept,
because our culture tends to reward personal
sacrifice instead of personal productivity.
What are the gaps and why?
Which of these can you eliminate??
Is a results by volume approach worth it?
Is the importance of a task directly proportional to the time
you invest on it?
Are you creating “busyness “ or being productive?
Are you efficient or effective?
Do you feel overwhelmed by work on a daily basis?
Are you suffering from an information overload?
If someone put a gun to your head and said that you can
work two hours a week what tasks would you perform?
Address pain points
Be response- able not responsible
Use a second brain
Say no to ourselves and to others
Use the 80-20 rule for impact thinking
