HPP Ustikolina – description of the plant 4  HPP Ustikolina is run- of river hydropower plant with small reservoar and the power house in the dam body  Investment cost in construction is 141,17 mil EUR  The location of the dam is: 14 km upstream of Goražde and 16 km downstream of Foča  HPP Ustikolina is located in two municipalities, municipality Foča-Ustikolina, and municipality Goražde

Decision of the Government of F BiH and completition of Project Documentation 5  Decision of the Government of F BiH, The public interest for the preparation and construction of priority electricity facilities in the F BiH , including HPP Ustikolina  2009 signed Contract for the Preliminary design of HPP Ustikolina, with the Company "Energoinvest" dd Sarajevo  Preliminary Design- I Phase is completed with no research works  Continuation of the project is not possible without research works, environmental permit, urban planning permit and other approvals
