  2. 2. PRACTICE PUNCTUALITY • Punctuality works both ways. If you want your candidate to be on time, don’t make them wait for you to show up either. • Prioritize your tasks keeping in mind the time bracket of the interview. • Offer them a beverage • Make sure the location is clean
  3. 3. PREPARE YOUR QUESTIONS • Don’t go in there unprepared • Jot down the questions you need to ask • Don’t ask for the sake of asking • Keep it brief • Keep your notepad hidden • Job Candidate Evaluation Form • Ask relevant question that asses skillset and mindset
