— the most amazing things are created by people. We want to
unleash the potential of individuals and teams, so that they can
go forward and further – faster. At Impraise, we believe that

4. About Meredith Haberfeld
Meredith is Founder/CEO of ThinkHuman, a leadership development and manager training firm that works with fast-
growth, entrepreneurially-spirited organizations such as Spotify, Flatiron Health and SoulCycle. Meredith’s
professional journey began with a degree in biochemistry from Reed College, researching the impact of stress
hormones on the health of the immune system. Yearning to move past the Petri dish, she quickly found her way into
entrepreneurial environments. Meredith became Senior Vice President at Paradigm Direct, and one of five senior
execs, as they grew the firm into a $200 million company in its first four years, then selling to a Toronto stock
exchange listed company. That “on-the-court MBA” led Meredith to want to bring the impact of a focus on human
potential into other organizations. In addition to her work at ThinkHuman, Meredith teaches at educational institutions
including MIT and The Esalen Institute and is a frequent expert for media outlets including The New York Times, The
Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, CNBC, CNN, and Forbes. Meredith lives with her husband and two kids in New
York City.
